When you hire Let’s Upgrade Painting, you’ll know what work is covered before the project begins. We put the warranty details in your written proposal.

What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers

2-Year Workmanship Warranty

Covers interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet refinishing.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Covers decks, fences, and other staining work.

Corrected at No Charge

If a covered area fails because of our preparation or application, we’ll return and correct it at no charge, including the labor and materials needed for the repair.

Your Proposal and Product Warranties

Your proposal will identify the surfaces, preparation, and products included in your project, along with the warranty terms and any exclusions.

The selected products may also carry a manufacturer’s warranty, including limited lifetime coverage where offered. Product warranties are separate from our workmanship warranty and follow the manufacturer’s terms.

1. We listen and make a plan

Our office administrator helps schedule your consultation, confirms details such as arrival times and access, and keeps you informed when plans change. You’ll know who to contact and what happens next.

2. We give you a clear proposal

Our sales team listens to what you want to accomplish and recommends a painting system that fits your home and your needs. Your written proposal explains the work, products, and price before you make a decision.

3. We manage the work from start to finish

Your project manager coordinates the crew, schedule, materials, and updates. Our trained painters respect your home and your routine, work carefully and independently, and keep the work area organized.

4. We check our work

Before we close the job, your project manager checks the finished work against our company standards and your signed agreement. We address anything that needs attention and walk through the project with you.

5. We stay accountable

Our whole team works together to give you a good experience from the first call to the finished job. We stand behind the promises and warranties in your proposal, and we’re still here when you need us afterward.
